Dear Parents and Guardians,
Do you ever find yourself in this situation? Someone will ask you, “How are you doing?” and your answer is some version of, “We’re good. Busy, but good.” It’s as if we have convinced ourselves that always being busy is somehow good. It’s so easy for us all to get caught up in a chaotic pace of life where we sacrifice so many things that can lead us to fulfillment. The busy schedules that run our lives leave little time for true rest, reflection, and time to connect with those we love the most. If we want to live our lives in a way that doesn’t lead us to exhaustion, we need to figure out how to better prioritize things that will foster a healthier pace of life.
This week's Online Parent Ministry highlights the importance of slowing down and making decisions in life that will lead us to healthier patterns. It encourages us to make intentional choices that build healthy rhythms. There are practical suggestions that provide tangible ways to create a more fulfilling and purposeful family life.
It’s important to take time to reflect on how we can incorporate these principles into our lives. We encourage you to embrace a pace of life that allows your family to truly connect, recharge, and live the life you were made for.
